Martin Luther King (Jnr) once said that the saving of our world from a pending doom will come not through the complacent adjustment of a conforming society but through the creative maladjustment of a non-conforming society. Often times, many have asked the questions on how to avert the societal problems that the world, especially Nigeria, is plagued with. 

We as an organization have found out that the common problem is that of Leadership! Leadership in its simplest term does not refer to being in a political position nor does it refer exclusively to those at the government houses.

 It rather refers to ability to coordinate, instruct, reason and execute thoughts and abilities. This in its simplest term is all encompassing and does not exempt anyone be it young, old, male or female. Leadership starts from the mind and every human on earth is made a leader by virtue of being human. 

Build Them Initiative (BTI) is launching a project which will target secondary school students and provide a mentorship platform for them in bringing out their inherent leadership abilities because our belief is this: “Leaders are Saviours” You can as well join the train of these young and vibrant people who will take this message to different locations in the country

  To the glory of God, we were gladly received by the students, teachers and management of the school and the program lasted for the period of  11am -1: 30pm. We had a population of over 500 students(Jss1, 2, 3 & SS 1) grouped into 2 classes.  It's was a great time with the students, those who actively participated were appreciated with little gifts(exercise book, biro and motivational books base on level of participation). Some students had a personal discussion with team members and their names and contact were collected.
